We are seeking a talented Salesforce Architect to own the design, development, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple departments to build custom apps, automate processes, and elevate user experience. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Salesforce best practices, advanced knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), and a commitment to delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Lightning-Centric Development
  • Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Aura Components to extend Salesforce functionality.
  • Customize user interfaces using the Lightning Design System, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience.
  • Migrate legacy Visualforce and Classic functionality to Lightning where needed, optimizing performance and user adoption.
  1. Core Salesforce Customization
  • Configure standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to align with business requirements.
  • Implement validation rules, workflows, and approval processes to streamline operations.
  1. Process Automation & Apex
  • Create and optimize Flows, Process Builder automations, and Apex triggers to minimize manual tasks.
  • Ensure solutions are robust, maintainable, and scalable to support dynamic business needs.
  1. Integration Management
  • Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Leverage middleware or ETL tools to orchestrate secure and efficient data transfer.
  1. Data Quality & Maintenance
  • Manage data migrations, deduplication, and cleansing processes to maintain accurate and consistent information.
  • Implement data backup strategies, enforce security protocols, and apply best practices for data governance.
  1. Testing & Deployment
  • Conduct unit tests, regression tests, and user acceptance tests to ensure solution stability.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to utilize CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git) for streamlined release management.
  1. Lightning Adoption & User Support
  • Drive Lightning adoption by guiding end-users and stakeholders through UI enhancements and new features.
  • Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and offer training to ensure seamless user experiences.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Communicate project progress, technical limitations, and best practices to non-technical stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.
  • Technical Proficiencies
  • Advanced knowledge of the Lightning Design System and best practices for Lightning development.
  • Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and database concepts for data integrity and retrieval.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD processes for release management.
  • Certifications (Preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator
  • Other Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, JavaScript Developer I)
